This necklace features an amazing vintage Mardi Gras doubloon dating back to 1970. Today doubloons are thrown from floats during Mardi Gras parades. At one time these heavy guage doubloons were not thrown, but handed out due to their weight. This double-sided necklace is the perfect conversation piece!
